As of July 5, 2010, all summer camp weeks are completely full.

Summer Camp Bus Schedule:

A school bus will pick-up campers at Coronation Arena parking lot (135 St. and 112 Ave).  The arena is located west of Westmount Shopping Center.  The bus will leave at 3:00 p.m. on the first day of camp.  Please be at the parking lot at least 15 minutes early as the bus will be leaving at 3:00 p.m. sharp.

If you are driving your child to camp (maps are available from our website www.campencounter.com) expect 1 to 1 1/2 hours of travel time from the west end of Edmonton.  Please have your child at camp between 4:00 p.m. and 4:30p.m.  If you arrive any earlier than this there will be no one to supervise your children and you are responsible for them until the bus arrives at approximately 4:00 p.m..

The bus will be arriving back in Edmonton at the departure point between 4:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on the following Friday.  If you are driving your child back home, please be at camp by 3:00 p.m.  You are welcome to come and join us for lunch at 12 noon followed by mass at 1:00.  If you are not at camp by 3:00 p.m. to pick up your child and have not contacted camp to advise an alternative, we will send your child home on the bus.

If you marked on the registration form that your child will be driven to camp and you instead would like your child to take the bus please contact Camp Encounter as we need to ensure there will be enough space on the bus.  Likewise, if you have decided to drive your child to camp but you marked on the registration form that they would be taking the bus please let us know as the bus will not leave Edmonton until all campers have been accounted for.
