2010 Summer Camp Registration
Form Mail-out:
If you attended Summer Camp in 2009 you will be receiving a 2010 Summer Camp registration
form in the mail by the end of February, 2010.
If you did not attend summer camp in 2009 but did participate
in a previous year, you will not receive a registration form in the mail. You can phone or
email our office to request the form or you can download a 2010 summer camp registration form by clicking
the link below.
If you are new to Camp Encounter and would like to receive a 2010 registration form, you can phone

Summer Camp Subsidy Form is available to families who cannot afford to send their children to summer camp. It is found
at the link on the bottom of this page.
Incomplete registration forms will not be processed.
Please ensure that Liability and Medical forms are signed and all applicable blanks are filled in. Payment must accompany
your registration form.

Important Registration Information (this information is also found on the
registration form):
Online Registration - In 2007 we attempted to use an online registration system so that Parents
could register their children online and then send in the payment to camp. This system proved to be problematic for
various reasons and so we have returned to the old system for registration. All registration forms and payment
will be received via the postal service and campers will be registered on a first come-first served basis when payment is
received.
Waiting List - Campers may only register for one week of camp. Anyone
wishing to register for more than one week may put their name on a waiting list. If camp does not fill for the week requested
then that individual will be notified prior to the start of the week.
Confirmation - Please
send full payment with registration form at least two weeks prior to the start of your camp. A confirmation letter will not
be sent until the full amount is received.
Cancellation Policy - Notification of cancellation must be received at
least 48 hours prior to the first day of camp. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the first day of camp, or if
you fail to show up without any notification, there will be no refund of any fees paid. Cancellations prior to the 48
hours before camp will be charged a $50 administration fee. The remainder of your fee will be refunded.
Transportation
- Return transportation to Edmonton is included in the fees. Camp Gift - A souvenir gift of your child's stay at Camp Encounter is included with registration! ALL PRICES INCLUDE GST
