Permanent, full-time Business Manager needed at Camp Encounter, a non-profit Catholic summer camp and year-round recreational facility near Barrhead, AB. Ideal candidate has two+ years of Business Management experience, is computer literate and possesses strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Has proven success within non-profit or business environments, and with fundraising. Position involves: Accounting, personnel management, payroll, donation processing, monthly financial statements, charities return, marketing, grant applications, event planning and fundraising, budgeting, business planning and policy renewal.
